Jay Wilson, Instructor

Jay Wilson, World Kickboxing Champion and Third Degree Black Belt.

Jay "Hollywood" Wilson is a world-class trainer, World Kickboxing Champion, and Third Degree Kempo Go-Ju black belt. His exciting classes and creative drills have made him a popular instructor in the Dallas area. He has taught at many top local martial arts and fitness studios, including UFC Gym, Title Fitness, Texas Karate, and Saekson Janjira Muay Thai.

Jay's Kickboxing features classes for both adults and children, and all skill and conditioning levels, from beginners to competitive fighters. Whether you aim to be an MMA champion or just want to get in shape, there's a class for you!

Jay Wilson is a Third Degree Black Belt with 30 years experience as a Kempo Go-Ju Karate Instructor. His specialities include Muay Thai, American Kickboxing, and Kempo Go-ju Karate. Jay achieved the rank of Black Belt in Kempo Go-Ju Karate in 1988. Jay won the KICK World Championship Title in 2004 and has several national and state titles. Check out a few of Jay's fights.

2000 Co-starred in a B move as a gangster that played at Paramount Film Festival, Miami Florida, summer 2000. Choreographed and performed stunts for all fight scenes.
1999 "On Any Given Sunday," Feature length movie starring Al Pacino and Jamie Foxx. Extra actor portraying a police officer.
1995 "Roll, Bounce, Skate." Hip-hop rollerskating video. Choreographed and performed skate dance routines.
1995 "Can You Feel It?" Music video. Choreographed and performed dance drilling routines.
1994 "Brew City." B movie that played at the Paramount Film Festival, Miami Florida, summer 1994. Supporting actor and choreographed and performed fight scenes.
1981-1986 Performed in all school plays throughout the year, including Christmas, Easter, St Patrick's Day, and Black History Month.
